Apply the Oil Block Mattifier using a Stippling Brush, a Foundation Brush,  cotton wool or your fingers, focusing on the oily areas. Allow to dry for 30 seconds to 1 minute  before applying the Zaron Oil Free Pore Minimizer and Zaron Face Primer for seamless makeup application.
